Costume Fees are DUE by November 15

Tuition can be paid in full or divided into 9 equal payments and is due on the 1st of every month. First month tuition (September payment) is due at time of registration. Tuition includes all holiday breaks and one snow day.
All other tuition is due by the 10th. $10 late fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Automatic withdraw is available
Tuition is split equally between 9 months and Students who fall more than 2 months behind on tuition payments will not be allowed to take classes until their account is paid in FULL including all late fees.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, or Master Card. Any checks returned from the bank will receive a $50 service charge.
After any 2 payments returned for insufficient funds, your account must be paid with cash or credit only.
Tuition does not include the registration fee, dance wear, shoes, costumes, recital fees, recital tickets.
Students who drop out mid-season, or miss more than one month of classes will not be allowed to attend classes until account balances are paid in full, including all missed class tuition and late fees.
There are NO refunds for missed classes (we encourage every student to do make-up classes when they miss)
Costume Fee Policy
Costume Fees are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you drop out mid season, you will NOT be allowed to take your costumes if your tuition has not been paid.
In order to make sure costumes are received in time to be embellished and altered to fit for class photos they are ordered in November.
Costume companies do not offer cancellations or offer refunds; therefore, MWDR does not refund costume deposits.
All costume fees paid after November 15th will receive a $10 late fee, per costume, per month.
Parents or guardians are responsible for all expenses, including surcharges and postage for costumes that are ordered late.
Costumes fees are the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian.
